PORTUGAL - D7 – PASSIVE INCOME VISA | Business Migration
The Portugal D7 Visa, often referred to as the Passive Income Visa or Retirement Visa, is established under the framework of Portuguese immigration law, specifically designed to accommodate non-EU/EEA/Swiss nationals who wish to reside in Portugal while living off a stable passive income. The legal foundation for the D7 Visa is primarily derived from Law No. 23/2007, of July 4, which governs the conditions for entry, stay, exit, and removal of foreigners in Portuguese territory.
